ABOUT THE HALL

Wauchope Community Arts Hall is owned by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, and managed by Wauchope Community Arts Council on their behalf.

The character and ambience of the hall is unique – it is a great community resource, and we ask you to value and respect it.

The hall hosts a busy program of performances, exhibitions and events, and is home to regular users including community choirs, craft groups and yoga classes. It is suitable for a range of commercial uses and private functions. The movable staging makes it ideal for performances and approx. 110 seats are available, plus folding tables, a large film screen, air conditioning, ceiling fans plus male and female toilet facilities.

There is a basic kitchen (not approved for food prep) with a fridge, urn, crockery and glassware.

There is disabled access via front and rear ramps.

Hire rates start from just $9.50 per hour for not-for-profit groups and workshops and events that come under the Creative Wauchope banner.

The hall hire agreement must be signed and returned to the Venue Hire Officer prior to the use of the hall, together with a refundable deposit for private functions.

The Hall Committee is not responsible for any personal or property injury, loss or damage.
